Where is my order?
The expected delivery date of your order can be found in your confirmation email, so wait until this date for the delivery of your package. You can view the most recent developments by clicking on the link in your shipping email. You can also log in to "My Account" and always find the status of your order under "Order Status" in your account.
How does your standard delivery service work?
At Little Soho, the following applies: If you order before 5 PM on weekdays, you will receive your order tomorrow*
Little Soho has free delivery for orders above €75 within the Netherlands and Belgium with GLS and beyond with PostNL, with signature for receiving. This means that you must sign for receiving the package. We, therefore, ask you to take this into account when specifying the delivery address (your home or work). For orders under €75, the shipping costs are €3,95
*Orders placed on working days before 5 PM are shipped the same day - more than 98% of orders are delivered immediately the next working day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be shipped the next working day. This means you usually receive your order within 1 to 2 days. If you place your order on the weekend, the orders will be shipped on Monday.
Little Soho also delivers internationally within the EU and certain countries outside of it. Based on your address you will get an indication of the shipping costs and delivery time. In the tables below you can view the delivery time and shipping costs.

Can I track my package?
You can always find the status of your order(s) under 'Order Status' in your account. If the delivery time runs out, you will receive a timely message from us. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the shipping status of your package.
Does your order have the status 'sent', but haven't you received anything after 3 working days? Please contact us and we will find out the delivery status of your order at GLS or PostNL. The Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on +3120-7759909.
What happens if I am not at home during the delivery of my order?
If you're not at home when your package is delivered, GLS and PostNL will return another time to deliver your order. If you're not home the second time to receive the order, the package will be delivered to the nearest GLS collection point or post office. You can pick it up if you'll bring your identity card with you.
