  • When will my package be sent?

    Orders placed on working days before 5 PM are shipped the same day - more than 98% of orders are delivered immediately the next working day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be shipped the next working day. This means you usually receive your order within 1 to 2 days. If you place your order on the weekend, the orders will be shipped on Monday.

  • How can I track my package?

    The expected delivery date of your order can be found in your confirmation email, so wait until this date for the delivery of your package. You can view the most recent developments by clicking on the link in your shipping e-mail. You can also log in to "My Account" and always find the status of your order under "Order Status" in your account.

  • There is something missing/There is a defective item in my order, what should I do now?

    If an item is missing or an item has been received damaged, please contact our Customer Service. Let us know what your order number is and which item is missing so that we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. If the item is damaged, call the Customer Service and tell us: your order number, the name of the item and the description of the damage. We will then give you more information about how you can send your item back to us if necessary. They are available from Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on +3120-7759909.

  • How can I return my package?

    If you want to return an item, request a return at the Customer Service. You will then receive a return number and instructions for the return shipment by email. If we have received your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on your wishes, we can exchange the item, you get the purchase amount back or you receive a shopping credit worth the purchase amount.

    Pay attention!
    Return shipments will only be accepted if they meet all of the following conditions:

    • The shipment must be prepaid and must have a valid return number. We recommend that you always send your return as a parcel.
    • The package must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must also be complete and undamaged.
    • The items of your return shipment must be undamaged and show no signs of use.
    • We don't credit damaged and/or used items.

    An unreported return shipment or a return shipment without a return number and/or for which no (sufficient) postage costs have been paid will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender immediately. Any costs associated with this are at the expense of the sender.

    Items that are used and/or damaged, the packaging of which is damaged or missing, are also not accepted and are returned directly to the sender. The shipping costs associated with this are also for the account of the sender.

    If your order has been delivered damaged, we request you to report this as soon as possible and at the latest within 48 hours to the Customer Service.

  • When will I get my money back?

    After we've received your return in good order, you will receive the purchase amount of your return within 14 days on your account (shipping costs are not refunded). The repayment goes automatically via the payment account/payment method with which the original payment was made.
