How fast do you deliver?

Orders placed on working days before 5 PM are shipped the same day - more than 98% of orders are delivered immediately the next working day. Orders placed after 5 PM are always sent immediately the next working day. This means that you'll receive your order within 1 to 2 days. Orders placed at the weekend are sent on Monday.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

For security reasons, you can't change your delivery address after you've placed your order.

We process your order immediately after the order has been placed, so you can't change it anymore. This also applies to the delivery method, delivery address and payment method.

I’ve received a wrong item, what can I do now?

If you’ve received the wrong item, we will be happy to resolve it as quickly as possible.

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service. Let us know what your order number is and which item is missing so that we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. They are available from Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on +3120-7759909.

I've received a damaged item, what can I do?

If you've received a damaged item, we will be happy to resolve it for you as quickly as possible. In this case, please contact our customer service and please tell us: your order number, the name of the item and the description of the damage. Then we will give you more information about how you can send your item back to us if necessary. Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on +3120-7759909.
