How do I return my order?

Not completely satisfied with your order or do you want to exchange an item? No problem! Click the button below to request a return and/or exchange. You will then receive a return number and instructions for the return shipment by email. When we have received your return shipment, you will get notified by email.
Depending on your wishes, we can exchange the item, you get the purchase amount back or you receive a shopping credit worth the purchase amount.

  • Fill in the digital form and click on “send”.
  • See your return number directly on the confirmation screen.
  • You will also receive your return number confirmation by email.

Step 2: return your package

Arrange the return of your package quickly and easily via Returnista. With Returnista your return can be picked up on location (home / work) or you can bring the package yourself to a UPS service point. If you prefer to return the package via a returned point, this is of course still possible.

How does it work?

  • Receive a return label with which you can hand in your package at a UPS point nearby.
  • Register your package with Returnista.
  • Pay online.
  • You will receive a QR code that you can have scanned when you drop off the package at your local UPS point .
  • Bring your package to the chosen UPS point to send it.
  • You will receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace digitally in your email.

  • Take the package to a shipping point.
  • Pay for your package to be shipped.
  • You will receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace upon delivery to the delivery point.

Pay attention!
Return shipments will only be accepted if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • The shipment must be prepaid and must have a valid return number. We recommend that you always send your return as a parcel.
  • The package must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must also be complete and undamaged.
  • The items of your return shipment must be undamaged and show no signs of use.
  • We don't credit damaged and/or used items.

An unreported return shipment or a return shipment without a return number and/or for which no (sufficient) postage costs have been paid will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender immediately. Any costs associated with this are at the expense of the sender.

Items that are used and/or damaged, the packaging of which is damaged or missing, are also not accepted and are returned directly to the sender. The shipping costs associated with this are also for the account of the sender.

If your order has been delivered damaged, we request you to report this as soon as possible and at the latest within 48 hours to the Customer Service.

Have you received my return?

It usually takes 2-3 business days before we receive your return. As soon as we receive your return we will send a confirmation by email. We always recommend that you send us your return shipment as a postal package with a track and trace code.

When will I get my money back?

After we've received your return in good order, you will receive the purchase amount of your return within 14 days on your account (shipping costs are not refunded). The repayment goes automatically via the payment account/payment method with which the original payment was made.

Can I also exchange my item?

If you want to exchange one or more items for a different size, you can request an exchange via the online return request form. The Customer Service of Little Soho checks the availability of your desired exchange size and then they will reserve it for you. After we have received your return, the item with the new size will be sent to you free of charge.

You can only exchange for the same item in a different size. If your desired size is no longer available, we will contact you to report this and we can convert your exchange into a return if desired.

Can I also receive a voucher?

If you often order something at Little Soho you can also receive the purchase amount of your return as a voucher. You will then receive a personal code that you can use when paying for a new order. A voucher is valid for 1 year and must be spent at one time. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.

How long is the time to think about it?

From the moment you receive your order at home, you have fourteen (14) days to change your mind. If you're not satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it within this period.

If you have received a return number, you must return the item to us within fourteen (14) days. For hygienic reasons, lingerie and swimwear may only be fitted over the underwear.

Will you refund my delivery costs if I return something?

The costs for returning items are for your own account. We recommend that you send your return as a package via PostNL. Then you will receive proof of shipment and your package is always traceable via Track & Trace. The costs for this are € 6,95.

We make an exception for incorrectly delivered or damaged items. In this case, the costs for the return will, of course, be refunded by Little Soho. We do this by sending a package stamp or by repaying the delivery costs to your account.

Does the return policy also apply if an item is on sale?

Yes! All items can always be returned and you always get your money back (or a voucher if you like), even if it's a discounted item from the sale or outlet.
