ABOUT THE BRAND
M Missoni is part of the Italian fashion emporium Missoni. The iconic zigzag motif was born in 1962, when love couple Ottavio and Rosita Missoni founded the knitting machine. They started with a collection of sportswear, but nowadays Missoni has two extensive fashion lines, an accessory line and an interior collection. ABOUT THE COLLECTION
The iconic pixel print by M Missoni is a characteristic of every collection, but always comes in a renewed form. This spring/summer 2015 collection is inspired by the Jamaican way of living and passionate Latin-America with all its colours. The colour palette of the collection reminds us of a hot, dry summer and a sunny horizon. Together with contrasting shades like deep blue tones of the sea and fresh greens of the forest this collection is truly magnificent. We do not only see the iconic zigzag pattern this season, but also print designs inspired by the motifs and symbols of Latin American spirituality, for example the Mexican Rose.
STYLE FAVOURITES
A spring favourite is the A-line dress by M Missoni. Also the easy breezy blouses in red and green are most-wanted. They go perfectly with both denims and skirts. Don’t forget about the chic Missoni scarves – they are a sight for sore eyes.
